Complaints relating to ARV procurement are handled in accordance with the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) policy requirements and in a consistent, fair and transparent manner. ARV ensures complaints are treated fairly and any investigation is undertaken by an independent party to the original tender process.
